Scheduling Custom Processing Orders

Thank you for your interest in Morning Star Fiber and having us serve your fiber processing needs.  Over the years we have developed several documents that allow us to work most efficiently and effectively with you.  Below you will find listed our MSF Terms & Conditions and MSF Service Agreement which you will need to print off, sign and mail in a copy to the mill. Also here is a step by step video of how to schedule your order with us.

You will also find a link to our MSF Pricing Page.  This document includes a checklist of things you will need to do as a customer to schedule your processing with us as well as a list of services and their costs.  Please take notice that our pricing has changed as of March 1st, 2016.  We have now split our pricing structure to include separate fees for washing and opening based on incoming weight, from fees for carding and finishing to a specific product based on clean weight (free of VM, Suint and Lanolin).  This allows our customers to send in fiber that has already been scoured and opened and are just looking for carding and spinning services.

If you have any questions regarding your processing order please call us to discuss 828-321-9299 or email us at info@morningstarfiber.com.

All orders are set up with a reservation policy that allows you to schedule which month they will be completed in.  Please follow the steps explained in the MSF Pricing Page for setting up your processing order.  If you’re looking for job cards to print off and send in with your orders you can find them here.
